Welcome to the new COTI server. We've moved the Citizens to a new server. Please let us know in the COTI Website issue forum if you find any problems.
We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
That's very interesting. I've been working on the history of Regina and have been using the map in WBH. I've been wondering what the copyright position of that map was; whether I'd be able to do a new rendering of the original map, maybe with added detail (I've always assumed that I couldn't just copy it), or whether I would have to do a completely new map with differently shaped continents if I were to have any hope of publishing it. It would be a pity to overwrite the original map, but a history without a few maps is a sorry thing...
