Hope this isn't too off topic. I remember someone in this forum saying that they were looking for guidelines for converting GURPS to D20 in order to convert some stuff from GURPS Traveller for use with T20.
I had some time this afternoon and dug up a handful of sites that look like they have some decent stuff on subject. Since I though it might be of interest outside of that one thread I thought I'd post the URLs as their own topic.

I haven't looked at these too closely, but aquick glance indicated they could be worth another look. The last one is actually two seperate conversions, d20 to EABA and GURPS to EABA.
