Capabilities of Different High TLs?

What can tl10+ do? What are the Jump Drive numbers for the different tls, and what kinds of materials can they make?

Jump 1 = TL9
Jump 2 = TL11
Jump 3 = TL12
Jump 4 = TL13
Jump 5 = TL14
Jump 6 = TL15

No higher Jump drive is possible. Other technology points are too numerous to get into right now but most Traveller main rule books have a technology chart (including T20 - p194-5) showing the major breakthoroughs.
