Of course... 9 and 10 may have been 'unofficial' now that I look over the entries. Either way -- does anyone have a physical copy of book 8 they are willing to part ways with?

Yeah, those are not GDW products. Definitely "after market".
Site describes Book 9 and Book 10 as "self-published" by someone named Ed Messina. Who is that? Did he wrangle permission to publish references, or is this some sort of fan thing?
It seems to be a fan thing. A quick google search turned up this site, where you can download the books for free, plus several other traveller related fan-published books.
