Ask Dave Link is Dead

The Ask Dave link (http://www.cgi101.com/~lkw/AskDave.txt) is dead. Anyone know a replacement? For better or worse, it is a good record of Traveller, as the developers saw it, at a particular moment in time.

That is an interesting comment that he makes at the start of the second paragraph.
