archaic weapons and armor

The rules as written give a pretty good selection of medieval period (say TL 0 or 1) missile weapons and melee weapons. But armor is woefully scant.

Does anyone know of any other published sources with early TL armor? Or expanded weapons lists that focus on the early period? How about a lance?
