Any TL16 worlds covered in depth?

It's not like there's a lot of TL15 equipment listed, either.
That's more a bug than a feature, but you're right, MT does have more TL16 stuff than I remembered.

DGP's take on Tech Levels in the core seems to have been that many worlds had a few areas of TL 16 capability even in 1100... but that by 1116, a number of them had actually been implementing it widely enough to matter.
I agree that that was DGP's take on tech levels. And that take is a contradiction of basic facts established about the Imperium previously.

Vincennes, Deneb sector covered in MegaTraveller journal #3 14 pages, including world and system maps, planetary info, and military info (including reference to the Vincennes built Sonoma-class 10,000 ton TL16/14 destroyer.

Also, there is a not Imperial TL16 world in either corridor or vland (I think vland?) that was covered somewhere, they were known for their TL16 bio-weapons, and there was fear they would fall to the Vargr.

Gemid (Vland 1903). While I'm not sure, It was imperial client state before Rebellion, and has an IN base on it, but was overrun by the Vargr early in Rebellion (the sense of those invasions is always in serious dubt, but canon anyway...). Source: MT V&V, both page 99 sector data and page 103 sector stats. Traveller Map shows it as TL 14.

Also in Knightfall is a TL 16 world described in Massilia (IIRC Khisham, Massilia 1910. Sorry I don't have Knightfall handy). If I'm right about it being Khisham, in the Traveller Map is shown as TL 15.

DGP put 24 TL16 worlds in Massilia.

True, but Knightfall only developed a little one of them (as said, ITTR it was Khisham), and AFAIK none is developed in other places.

Knightfall, one issue of Traveller Digest, and some TAS News items are pretty much it for detail in Massilia. More than some sectors got, certainly.

Kaasu reached TL16.

I liked TL16 as a point for special changes in Technology. I improved fuel usage, introduced limited AI and other things.

Darrians as TL16 makes sense. It allows them to be a threat. The Darrian / Imperial absorption in 1248 is not as logical. The threats are gone why merge with the Regency.

Note that the T5SS very deliberately removes a lot of TL 16 Imperial worlds.

As for Vincennes, I think Rob detailed it fairly well in the Mongoose Deneb Sector book...

Ah, Vincennes! The duchy with the noble with that exceedingly odd title "Marquis of Vincennes and Count of Perez and Erisis". What did Rob come up with to explain him? I gather that he didn't use my suggestion.
