Any Software/Spreadsheets?

Hello fellow forumites!

I'll shortly be returning to running TNE with new group, after a break of many, many years. As I'll be running my own setting, I was wondering if anyone knows of any spreadsheets, or software, to assist with FF&S starship (and other) designs, or with character generation?

My search-fu may be weak, as I've not been able to find anything on my own; everything seems to be for CT, or T4...

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!!!

Not for CGen nor ship designs...

however, if you look in the file libraries, and at the bottom tell it to show all posts from the beginning, you can find some useful sysgen and trade spreadsheets and software.

is mickazoids "LBB sectorbook" project.

may be out of date... it is from before the last software change... but it tells you ho to look for, and you may be able to get some of em on web.archive.org

Having gone through the same search a few months ago, I can feel your pain. There are a lot of dead links out there!

It's worth going here for a fair bit of TNE goodness (although not what you've asked for specifically):

<edit>Actually if you go up a level in that link and then hit the Spreadsheets directory, you'll find more</edit>

I'm not sure what happened to the HIWG CD contents that were posted online, which had the ship design sheets. I also have an Excel character sheet which will do some of the basic calculations (asset values, hit points by location) which I picked up somewhere. PM me and I can email to you.

The last version of the HIWG CD had an archive error. I had to remove it. A new will be uploaded next week when my new computer arrives. My old one had its last spin last week.
