An apology

I would just like to offer an apology to all who have had to endure some of my deeply negative comments today. It's not in my nature to be so pessimistic and some of the things I have said have been the result of weeks of frustration.

I understand that others are in a similar situation to me and it wasn't my intention to cause any ill-feeling towards anybody, in particular, Marc who is working round the clock to get all the packages shipped out.

Once again, my apologies.
