Zelphic Primacy

Does anyone have any information on the Zelphic Primacy state in Far Frontiers Sector?

I've found out that it was founded in 5. That still doesn't give me very much information (four of the worlds being named Primus, Secundus etc. indicates they were colonised in some related effort).
Any other information?

Ares Special Edition 2 has more information on them, which is reproduced in The Traveller Chronicle 4.

"An extremely pro-Zhodani state in the Cabala Subsector. The Zelphics are humans of Solomani/Villani stock who have taken on the Zhodani society as their own...The capital of the Zelphic Primacy, Zelpha, has trade agreements with the Consulate effective before the First Frontier War (circa 58 Imperial). Despite a number of coups attempts by the Imperium, the Primacy has expanded into four neighboring systems, since renamed in order of conquest...With continuing aid from the Consulate it seems unlikely that the Imperium or any of the neighboring pro-Imperial states will see a change of government there in the near future.

Relations with the other pro-Zhodani states...are cordial. However, with the exception of the Haladon Cooperative, the Primacy has no contact or diplomatic missions with any pro-Imperial government in the region. As recently as 1050 Imperial, the Primacy clashed with the Biumvirate...over the planets Gosspach and Hollander. After increasing evidence showed the possibility of a Primacy attack on these neutral worlds, the Biumvirate sent a naval squadron to each one...leading to a major battle at Gosspach with considerable losses on both sides."

Where did you find the info on the founding of the state in Imperial 5?

Actually, according to the published sources (i.e. the article whose Zelphic sectionI summarised) the Primacy could not have been founded in Imperial 5, as it states:

"By the beginning of the Third Imperium there were a dozen planets colonised by humans in the Far Frontiers sector. This number rapidly increased over the next few centuries until 536 Imperial, when the first human state in the sector was formed, the Protectorate."

But, is that a canon source? I don't think so.
