Welcome to the new COTI server. We've moved the Citizens to a new server. Please let us know in the COTI Website issue forum if you find any problems.
We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
My understanding is that Zarushagar was designated a referee's preserve as part of T4. Can anyone shed any light on this as I was never into T4. Thanks in advance.

Madladominus, you are correct. Zarushagar is one of the sectors that MWM reserved for referees to develop as their own back in the T4 days. However, there has been some work done on it previously:

Sector map in Atlas of the Imperium (CT).</font>
Khipge (F) subsector in MT Referees Gaming Kit (RT).</font>
Wolf (K) and Oasis (L) subsectors in TD #21 (RT).</font>
Recently, MJD has obtained permission from MWM to develop the sector for 1248, so hopefully in the first half of next year, we'll be seeing it in print.

Kewl, I can hardly wait as Zarugashar seemed to be interesting and full of potential in the Rebellion era. In the New Era, it ought to be interesting what emerges. Now, if only, I could get MJD to incorporate Signal GK with its fabulous write ups of Dag & Gushe into canon...

Zarushagar is prime real estate for adventuring during the Rebellion. I've always favored a broad region between the 'superpowers' populated by small independent governments.

In my MT campaign, Zarushagar was the place to avoid, what with Lucan and Dulinor's fleets meeting head-on there, and the Black War beginning there as well. Can you imagine what happens to Depot in that sector?
Of course, that meant the players were sent there.
