Your JTAS Subscription Has Expired!

Anybody else getting this message on the SJG site? I know I have about 18 months left so is this some weird board bug or is somebody hacking their system? Anybody have an idea or the inside scoop?

Seems to be happening even just clicking the login button so maybe its a bug, or maybe my cookies are rotten or something.

Yeah I just tried the other browser and the same thing happened, then a second try got a different error message. Must be a bug or some site cleaning (I hope). Patience I guess

I seem to be able to download and read messages on the boards via NNTP, but I just tried sending one to the Test board via NNTP and it didn't show up.

EDIT: OK, I braved the web interface, and it seems to work fine there too. I found my test message on the web boards though. Most odd.

Just got an email back from SJG. Problem should be fixed now. Just checked and was able to log in myself.

SJG website is a bit flaky, and has been for a long time. It's not worth being worried unless the problem persists for some time.

So I'm beginning to understand I guess I've just been spoiled by the almost flawless operation here for the last couple years

I might not have panicked so much this time but it seemed an odd coincidence that one of my yahoo accounts seemed to be under assault by a password hack at the same time.

Anyway thanks all for the help and indeed it is fine now (for now

) and I see even Loren Wiseman was told to resubscribe by the glitch

and though he seems to be laughing now that had to be disturbing
