Worlds of the Geonee Cultural Region?

GT Humaniti has some bits, including the bad news that only three of their "core" worlds survived the Long Night: Shiwonee, Lagna, and Hiponee. Dreva was recolonized following a nasty war on Hiponee sometime after -150. The Duchy of Shiwonee was established by Arbellatra in 625, and the present section indicates that the Duchy has ten worlds, including Tsalov and Llyrn.

It does also mention that other colonies survived elsewhere in the Imperium, coming out of the woodwork after the formation of the Duchy.

That's a bit of a problem. Llyrn is a minor homeworld of someone else... and the Duchy of Shiwonee would have been created by the subsector Duchy system sometime before. Now Arbellatra might have appointed a Geonee Duke instead in 625 (and that's very likely); but there's some other bits I'm aware of that aren't public yet.

Mentioned in GT Humaniti. They and the Geonee go waaay back. They are one of a very short list of non-Geonee races who go beyond merely putting up with the Geonee.

The Story goes that the Geonee induction into the Third Imperium was not a smooth one, and the Geonee were denied a Duke of their own until a Geonee Admiral helped Arbellatra in battle. In T5 terms he would be a Count or a (d) Duke, not a (D) Duke, as his area of responsibility is not a subsector.

Unfortunately, for a number of reasons, parts of GT Humaniti and the other GT Alien Races have to yield to other canon bits, mostly where they decided to disregard DGP, or put worlds in strange places ("Inheritors").

When you can, please let us know what these changes are, don. I am still operating on much data that is old canon and not the latest canon.

Thank you.

Shabbat Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.
