There is an ad on the last page of the book to send away for an index to the book. Does anybody actually have the index? Is it available anywhere?

Really? I didn't know that! If you find a copy, I'd love one. I think WBH is one of my treasured posessions, but having an index would be keen.

Bah. Use it enough times and you'll learn where everything is anyway ;) (that's usually what I end up doing in practise at least...)
