Wiki Links in the Forums

I've added a custom BB tag for using Wiki Links here in the forums just like on the wiki itself. The basic format is pretty simple, for example:

[w=Help:Categories]Help on using categories in the Traveller Wiki[/w]

would give you:

[w=Help:Categories]Help on using categories in the Traveller Wiki[/w]

And link directly over to the article in the wiki.
