Wiki is now all https://

I just updated the server configuration for the wiki so all the access is through https://. If you access the wiki starting with a http://, you automatically get redirected to the correct URL.

I'm hoping I've done this correctly. Apache ModRewrite is an obscure mixture of Regex, odd DSL, and obscure flags. Making a mistake in this is very easy, and almost impossible to debug.

If you come across any weirdness accessing the wiki, please post a message here or in the wiki. I'll do the best to resolve the problems. Details of any problems or details will be important.

Since I can't reproduce this, I've reached out through PM to get more details. If anyone else has problems please let me know. I'd like to chase these problems down before the next upgrade.
