Why isn't TA9 available on the Travellers Aid Subscription?

I sent one e-mail to Hunter, as instructed on that thread that you linked. After receiving no reply, I sent a second e-mail, to both Hunter and Marc. I did receive a reply from Marc, acknowledging my E-mail and the issue, but to be perfectly clear, I have not received a reply from Hunter and the issue is, clearly, not resolved.

Last I heard, Marc Miller is the IP holder and not part of the QLI staff. So while he. obviously, has a stake in this, I am not sure how much more he can really do here, especially in the case of making TA 9 available to subscribers.
