While I've been a fan of 2300 AD for a long time (and am salivating at the prospect of buying 2320 when I have the dough), I came here because I've only just discovered the joys of Classic Traveller.

On the recommendation of a podcast and the opportunity presented by one of my FLGS's having a closing sale, I picked up the Classic Traveller LBBs #1 and #3 for about $1.80 apiece. After rolling up a character and a couple of planets, I have to say that I'm hooked. I'm in negotiations to get LBB #2...

So here I am, a new forum member and a new Traveller fan.

Found this forum after a google search....now trying to get back inot this ,as my son is getting to the age where he too can enjoy RPGs.....starting him off with AD&D (the original version) and will progress him onto Classic Traveller in the not too distant future (almost a pun in there)

Started playing Classic Traveller about........27 years ago.....and I'm amazed at the fact that the most recent new forumites signing in being the same age as me!! Not surprised....amazed!!!:)
