Where to Post errata for MT Starship Desin In TD 13

Evening all,

At some point I'll finish working my way through "A MT Starship Design Example" by Joe D. Fugate Sr. in the Traveller Digest #13. At this point I've found errata in the Locomotion, Communications, and Sensors sections. The errata in the Locomotion has, so far anyway, the largest impact. The number of Jump units is 1,000 short. Now I've got a couple of questions:

1. Should I post the erratum I find?

If the answer to Question 1 is yes, then

2. Where should I post the information, I currently don't have a web site.
