Where is DonM?

Ok, full disclosure...

In mid-February, my wife began suffering extreme pain. While the doctors have NOT yet identified the cause, we have found that wearing Fentanyl patches helps her deal with the pain. However, before that, she was reduced to complete bedrest to handle the pain at all.

So my Traveller time has been severely impacted. She's now getting slowly back to her regular routine, which means I am. (Yes, this did affect my work on the Zhodani book.)

So, there are several things I need to get around to, and I'm trying, but bear with me a bit longer. I'd not discussed this with anyone but Marc and Rob because my wife asked me not to go on about it online, but since the various things are piling up, you all deserve a real answer, and not silence.

Thanks to all of you for your patience, and I do have updating T5 forum access as my next priority...

Update: The forum access queue is now empty. Moving on to the various errata piles...

Please be careful with the patches. There are many ways they can be dangerous (accidental over medication the foremost due to applying heat over them or pills + patches).

Thank you all. Bad things in life never seem to happen at good times.

However, she's functioning again, I'm sort of back to normal (I have never been NORMAL). Now we have a month of physical therapy, and then some decisions about starting to lower the pain medication.

If I haven't gotten around to something Traveller-related that I should have, drop me a PM and let me know. I'll promise to look at it in the next few days...

And if you sent Marc something in February/March/April and he hasn't responded, PM me and I'll see about nudging him on that.

I did invest in a flame-retardant bunker for when Mongoose releases the Zhodani book, so you might have to bang on the door real hard to get my attention... :rofl:

Flame retardant bunker, eh? Well, if you are go that root, you have to be careful what you bring inside the bunker...now that Mongoose has licensed microbots ie nanites for Traveller...a can of beans may not be a can of beans. Really look forward to this one.
