Mine was the Wheelman followed by The Last Hurrah some of the stories would of made fun adventures that I would have probably thought borring at the glance of what type of adventure they would be but they were very good I dont know if they were intense or action packed they were very good stories but those two were my favorite and when I pre-ordered I didnt think I would care if I got TA002 but I'm glad I did
I refrain from saying more because I wouldnt want to ruin it for other people

Good question, and tough to answer.

Naturally I can't wait for the next chapter in "The Last Hurrah" but as it's a series I'll leave it at that.

Of the others I have to go with "Reactivation Clause", once a Scout always a Scout. My first and favorite character (through all the games incarnations) was my CT Scout. Now I guess I'll have to put a short writeup about him in the Adventurers forum. See ya there.

I'd have to say the reason I didnt like the Last Hurrah as well as wheelman is because I'm near-sighted and refuse to ware any corrective lenses glasses or contacts so I naturally prefer short stories though The Last Hurrah got me wanting to get more TA's ;)

Reactivation Clause,

...although I liked pretty much all of the stories rather well.

Wheelman was hilarious because of our veiwpoint, talk about a rather cocky 'pup' - plus the crew of the 'Eternal Optimist' is one I wouldn't mind serving with.

The Last Hurrah is pretty solid, but I'm waiting to see how the rest unfold before giving it my higher praise - I mean, judging a story before it's finished is, for me, rather 'jumpy'.

But, as an introductory tale it was rather impressive.

Although I've stated why in another thread, I see no reason not to share it again.

I liked Reactivation Clause because it hit a chord with me, as one of the consistant 'misty' moments for me are tales of noble sacrifice that are rewarded with a surprising twist.

You just have to the love those moments, since they strike a deep chord in those of adventurous spirits, or those with a sense of such spirit.

Plus Kye is just a solid guy, in a way he reminds me of either one of my grandfathers - old school to the bone and they would, easily, put themselves on the line for their fellow man.
