Virus Redux Epic

Yes, GL1-3 are set in 1202 to 1203. It starts post the RCs meeting with the Covenant of Sufren and the meeting between RC and Sandman, but before the invasion of Promise.

It is still the classic TNE before the solee war gets really going / UWA / RC meeting with the Regency in 1206.

Cheers

I've been reading through Guilded Lilly a lot recently and it strikes me as a very Firefly like setting.
You could run it with a group of PC's who are free traders (or even Guild agents ;) ) if you didn't want the RCES connection.
As a final alternative the PC's could be selected from the Berens natives...

Kafka47.

See the back of vampire fleets, there is a quote from an regency quartine service commodore.

Sigg.

Yes, the Madoc subsector is quite good, some trade but no major guild / RC forces running around. As for crewing the ship from Berens natives - there are only about 40 of them, taking a dozen for a ships crew could be a problem.

Ahh, but if Lilly could be turned... ;)

What I meant was that for the events in the module than running the Berens natives as PC's could be kind of interesting.
For the follow on modules then they are limited in ship operation skills.
They could always hire on a couple of free traders to provide the skills they lack - or the young 'uns could receive training in the basics ;)
