Another fun vessel but not really much on the detailed comments, life on board, etc... Constructively you have a lot of sick bay facility.

Hiya Savage, I haven't written anything up for it yet... The sick bays were interesting and I am still not sure about them. Due to the size of the crew and the fact that it is a warship I imagined having some extensive Sick back facilities on board, so more than just a single Sick bay. The rules allow only for a 2 person sickbay so I purchased a number of them to represent a couple larger facilities.... that said it is probably too much capacity but I don't have any reference to what a good ratio would be on a ship of the line. Anyone have any suggestions (preferably based on naval experience or somesuch)?

A Possible brief history on the ship class would also be a plus.

I'd say 10% tops. I never liked the 2 person occupancy rule. I figure it means 2 operating tables and monitoring stations. I can see a better situation on a ship where you get shipped back to your bunk and monitored from a local computer terminal...perhaps mobile nurse or two for those that are in critical condition.

Ok, I think I will aim somewhere from the 10-15% range for the Sickbay capacity.

Speaking of the Naz Class, where can I dig up the stats/history on that.... and actually while we are at it, does anyone know ALL the supplements that discuss Vargr in any depth? :D

Hi

The Naz class BC + a 10ktn heavy cruiser are in the Rebellion Sourcebook, I think they are also on the Vargr ships converted to T20 thread.

As for your light battleship.

Given the size of most vargr empires (about 1 subsector size). These light battleships may end up as the flagship of a small fleet. You may want to consider adding staterooms and an aux computer for the fleet admiral - you already have an aux bridge.

Too many sickbays, unless your ship is also acting a most of the auxiliary / reserve, possible if you are supporting ground ops.

Your spinal looks a bit small, increase it to around Factor M ish. If you need the energy, convert some of those 100tn p accel bays into missile bays.

You may want to add some armour (F4-F6 ish) just to stop the ship being incinerated by a large P accel spinal mount, or a nuke missile barrage. At the moment, any nuke that gets past the lasers / sand / repulsors / nuclear will blow large holes in the ship (or at least it would under high guard).

Otherwise a nice little ship given TL14 constraints.
