UWP Change Rules: Quick Guide, Please!

Hi people

Whilst I'm very, very interested in the work all you fine folk are doing on the Second survey UWPs, I thought I'd seek your help.

I've noticed various discussions along the lines of "if a planet has a Starport of [insert starport code], then it should have Pop [insert Pop code] and a minimum TL of [insert TL]".

Have these sorts of things been formalised into "rules" or parameters? If they have, where can I find them? I think they'd be extremely useful for my little project .

I think the work you guys are doing is fantastic - I honestly hadn't realised how many broken UWPs there are out there in canon-land

. I'd love to be able to contribute, and I know I posted elsewhere that I'd be "up for it", but I have since noticed that my project isn't inlcuded in the Second Survey area, so .

Good to see you are in on this.

Most of this discussion is shifting over to the Second Survey forum on Traveller5.com.

Not a whole lot of anything has been decided on. We're still tossing back and forth ideas, MWM is making his desires known via robject, etc.
