This was just a passing idea that came to me while reading some Babylon 5 materials, but I feel like Mindjammer has some ideas that would work well for the B5 universe. The expanded technology scale would let the difference between the Younger Races and the First Ones pop out. There are some mottos that would make good organizational memes ("The Corps is Mother; The Corps is Father," "Our last, best hope for peace," "Understanding is not required, only obedience."). There's also a good example of a failed attempt to go post by the Vorlons in the Thirdspace artifact. I haven't really put any more thought into it than what's already in this post, but I figured I'd toss it out there for the hive mind's consideration.
