You can get the train to Heathrow Airport via Grantham and London, I think.

Now, I thought that there was no real malice in this - bit of sparring between members of the Old World and the New.

Though the Brits (self-important, mumble mumble) are just jealous that we managed to both through them out and drive 'em off by 1815 and made something out of North America without their help (which is why they came back in 1812)!
