Traveller Chronicle Content Query

So I'm continuing with my Traveller: Fiction review project, and the next thing on my list is the assorted short fiction that appeared in Traveller Chronicle. (Basically, everything but the Long Way Home serialization.)

However, I'm missing two issues: #3 and #10. Can anyone tell me if there was any fiction in either of those issues?

Issue 3 I don't have handy but no fiction in issue 10.

According to the BITS Periodicat Bibliography TC3 has the concluding part of "Mercury Quest" which is 10 pages of fiction.

If there's anyone who actually has #3, I'd love to hear if the back end of "Mercury Quest" is pretty much like the start and/or get a brief summary of the story.

(But if not, I've got it decently covered by already having talked about the first half.)
