Update: Disregard my question the answer finally percolated from the dusty recesses of my mind that the antenna diameters are fixed in the tables. For some reason my brain thought that the diameter was calculated.

On page 60 Designing Force Fields column two is the Sensor Array Minimum Volume Table. Per the rules a folding array that is deployed changes the vessels target size which alters the power needed by the force field generator to cover the ship.

From the table:
Antennas diameters of <= 10 m have a Min Vol (Target Size) = Sub-Micro
Antennas diameters of >= 20 m have a Min Vol (Target Size) = Micro
Antennas diameters of >= 40 m have a Min Vol (Target Size) = Very small
Antennas diameters of >= 90 m have a Min Vol (Target Size) = Small
Antennas diameters of >= 200 m have a Min Vol (Target Size) = Medium
Antennas diameters of >= 400 m have a Min Vol (Target Size) = Large
Antennas diameters of >= 800 m have a Min Vol (Target Size) = Very Large
Antennas diameters of >= 1,200+ m have a Min Vol (Target Size) = Gigantic

What is the adjusted target size for antennas with a diameter between 11 and 19 meters?
