TML Landgrab

Horatius

SOC-12
I have a system or two that I've been working on for the TML landgrab. Unfortunately, I don't have my own webpage to post them on. (I know, it's an unpardonable sin not to have a website.) Anybody have suggestions on what to do?

Preferably a suggestion that dosen't involve me getting a website. But, if it does, any suggestion on who I should go with?

THanks.

Hear, hear! What we all need is 'someone' to host a landgrab website for all of us frustrated website-less worldbuilders. It may need moderating, perhaps even playtesting, though, otherwise I'm sure the slots would fill up instantaneously.

If You look at the TML Landgrab Hompage and scroll down, You will see a line saying "Downport.com will be happy to host your landgrab write up on this site.".

Also, if You have any Zhodani oriented landgrab, I'll be happy to host it on my site.

Cheers

OK, the TML is down (the website anyhow), and thus far, no reply from the Land Grab registration desk email addy.

Any ideas?

One of the guys that runs the Traveller Wikipedia posted my Kavia write up there. Just a thought...

Mike

Cool
Thanks
I'll get writing

Dear Folks -

I can mirror yur write-up at Beowulf Down if you are in need. Apart from my own (Tavonni), I'm hosting Michael Barry's land-grabs for Flamarrion and Shionthy.

See Tavonni World Views ==> Other Worlds.

If you haven't got enough offers yet, I'm happy to host as well (though my site's more obscure... ;)

John

OK, initial write-up now online: Just the basics, but it's getting there. Also, a half-decent HTML layout has been introduced, to make it easier on the eyes
Enjoy :D

Question: Should I now start a new thread for the Strouden Land Grab?

Roger

Well, let me put it this way: the thing that I did when I put up my Falkenberg landgrab was give it its own thread. So if you want to, go right ahead.

If anyone would like a place to host a landgrab writeup, the Traveller Wiki would love to host it. Not only can we host the wonderous text of your landgrab writeup, but we can also link to much of the Traveller canon, making your writing feel a part of the whole.

Come to the Traveller wiki, you know you want to....

Jame - ok, thanks

tjoneslo - erm... thanks for the offer, but I have my own server space out there (although I may, sometime in the future, take you up on a mirror, just in case)
