I have referred to T5.0.9 as a tool box, with material to be chosen for use by a particular referee without necessarily using the entire rule set. Is that what you mean, or are you looking for a specific list of what is inside of a tool box under the T5 rules?

Saying T5 ToolSet is like saying PIN number.

since page numbers are changing (and soon)tm I would avoid worrying to much about page numbers at this time (unless you need me to give them to you for the wiki).

I would also say the armor maker, the creature maker, the weapon maker, the vehicle maker, the character maker, the clone maker, the robot maker, the ship maker (both the adventure class and battle class ship makers), cargo maker, sophont maker, the Qerbs Tool, the STAMP tool : all are tools in the tool maker box that is called T5

It is designed as: "a game"
People can and have used parts of it as:"a set of tool to be applied to various other editions"

Since I use MT:Hard Times for details and FF&S to make STUFF ... both for CT ... T5 is no different in that regard than any other version.

I use T5 in my Mongoose Traveller for:
Its Traveller nomenclature
WorldGen
World Mapping
Social and Government types
and probably some other things from T5 that I can't think of right now.
