Welcome to the new COTI server. We've moved the Citizens to a new server. Please let us know in the COTI Website issue forum if you find any problems.
We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.
Hmm. I'd definitely look at the corebook if it's free (and that is what's being offered). I wonder if they'd release Milieu 0 for free too at some point.
Personally I'd be happier if the Milieu 0 Campaign (link) was available on DTRPG than a free Milieu 0 book. I'd pay for that on pdf, even if I had to use the online corrected UWPs in place of the ones in the book. (M0 was even worse on this IIRC) It combined Milieu 0 and First Survey together and added some extra stuff.
I'm guessing errata won't be corrected, as the MT books weren't corrected either, though in this case it's possible the scans could be from layout files instead of OCR'd images.
Woah! DTRPG can't seem to get a cover color corrected in the Traveller freebies. I could barely read the letters on the main cover! The interior is readable if a tade dark on the contrast in places. I'm starting to suspect DTRPG uses Macs and doesn't tweak color profiles too much, at least for the Traveller books.
Offhand it looks like a scan from the softcover and says copyright 1996, so I'm guessing first printing. FWIW my softcover copy sez ISBM 1-57828-000-1 IGI-1100 for $25, this one sez ISBN 1-57828-100-8 IGI-1100A for $30 but my book has a sticker over the original barcode so dunno.
Honestly though I can't remember if the later hardcover version fixed any errata or added anything new. I used to have it and it at least felt better as a book than my current softcover. Far as I can tell all the errata’s still there.
The pdf seems to be suffering from an editing problem - numerous double pages and pages missing. I flicked through chargen and noticed at least two missing pages. Glad I didn't pay for it, and to be honest, it puts me off buying anything from the line.

Email em or post on their message boards and let them know about the problems and which pages. They have been pretty good about getting corrected copies posted.

Actually, having downloaded it just now, I'm not noticing anything wrong with the page numbers - they're all sequential and in the right order. You do realise that the colour plates don't have page numbers on them, but do count as numbered pages right? So you'd have (for example) two plates between pages 12 and 15.
