T4 FF&S II Errata

Edition 4.1 Copyright 1997, 9th printing:

I'll start by mentioning some that I did not see in the other published Errata for this book...

Page 112 unlabled table bottom left, which the other errata notes is the solar cells table.
Number this table 226, add entry on page 84 for Table 226: Solar Cells

Column header Power (MW/m3) should read Power (MW/m2)
Colum header Area (m2/MW) should read Area m2/m3)

Discussion: As written lets see what we get for a solar cell panel of 1 MW.
TL 6 1000 m3 2000 mt, 5Mcr and 12 m2
TL 8 500 m3 1000 mt 3Mcr and 12 m2

Seems to be a problem with the area used.

making the suguested changes:
TL 6 1000/12 m3 1000/6 mt 5/12 Mcr 1000 m2
TL 8 500/12 m3 500/6 mt 1/2 Mcr 500 m2

This appears to fix the problem. Comments suguestions?

Page 110 Table 203: LIDAR
entry for Sens 15 entries are 6.6 3.3 2 and 2.5
entry for sens 15.5 are 20, 10, 6 and 12.5

Change 15 sens entries to 6.6 3.3 2.5 and 2.0.
Change Sens 15.5 entries to 20 12.5 10 and 6.

not much to say about this one.

Page 94 Table 87 Warhead price, does not list nuclear, or, collasping nuclear warheads
Page 93 Table Special ammunition Mass does not list Nuclear warhead or colasping nuclear warhead, or the Detonation laser warheads

What do we pay and how much do they weigh?
