In reviewing the D20 Modern rules, plus a couple of other D20 vehicle sets, I was struck by the D20 need to map the exact size of the vehicle in "Squares" so they could be used in combat (for cover if nothing else). I also noticed how the T20 vehicle design system didn't include any advice on how big to make the vehicles.
So here's a simple table. Look up the vehicle size (in vl) and use the assoicated number of squares. If the size of your vehicle falls between two values, use the larger one.

675 1 1 1
1 350 1 2 1
2 700 2 2 1
4 050 2 3 1
5 400 2 4 1
8 100 2 3 2
10 800 2 4 2
13 500 2 5 2
16 200 2 6 2
18 800 2 7 2
21 600 2 8 2</pre>[/QUOTE]All Width, Height, Lenghs are in "Squares" 1.5m for T20, or 5 feet for D20.
