T20 Starship Design Spreadsheet v1.4

For those interested I've released an updated version (v1.4) of my T20 Starship Design Spreadsheet. Still not perfect, but the following issues are addressed:

1. Updated gunnery crew calcs so that spinal mounts added rather than subtracted gunnery crew.
2. Flight Crew numbers now take account of Launch Tube, Small/Large Craft and Vehicle requirements.
3. Upgrading streamlining will force a model number one higher for the Avionics computer.
4. Removed the Sample page as it was (again) out of date.
