T.A. DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

After ordering two of your very much talked about T.A.'s.
I followed the directions and login instructions, and saw the items i purchased.
When i click the download button ,all i download is the elibrary logon page?
I am dieing to read my purchases,but can't.
can u help?

What happened exactly?

Did you select the appropriate version (screen or print)?

Hello fellow traveller.
Yes i picked (clicked) the appropriate box,then pressed download .
What i got was elibrary.html saved on my driver.
This in turn opened the elibrary logon page .
There was was no pdf. there.
Please assit me if youi can?

WELL DUE TO MY OWN STUPIDITY I GOOGLE-FU'ED UP .
I FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT.
SORRY TO RAISE SUCH A FUSS.
