Striker II errata?

I have decided to give Striker II a go. Are there any erratas released for this supplement to TNE?

Another thing I am wondering about is the sudden mention of inches in the text when the rules clearly are using the metric system. Is this just an oversight?

I would also like to hear from others who has tried Striker II and what they felt about the rulesystem there.
