Starship Fillform

I'm trying to figure out how to create a starship. I think I'm following the process, but I'm stuck on a couple of terms on the fillform (page 312, fillform 1 for now).

At the top, under the main title, but above the outlined box, there's a bunch of words (in order, left to right):

• Section
• Component
• Code
• Comment
  [*]CP
  [*]Sq
  [*]Tons
  [*]TL
  [*]MCr
  [*]KCr

I can't figure out why any of those are where they are. The bolded ones are repeated at the bottom of the form. Those make more sense there.

Finally, there's a line at the bottom (left) with these words (in order, left to right):

• Armor
• Fuel
• Hardpoints
• Weapons
• Defenses
• Sensors

Again, I'm not sure why they are where they are.

Can anybody explain these to me, please?

I think I've figured out part of them. The six on the right side seem to be columns into which you put those values for each line, and then total at the bottom. Is that correct?
