Star's End

There's some information on Star's End sector here:

It notes the second largest government in the sector as being an un-named K'kree client state, and I wonder if any further information has ever been written on this state.

Suggests that this client state is not comprised of K'kree. If so, what race could it be?

What little information I have shows that most of the worlds alligence codes are either JP/H1, KC, or Na. This information is based on a map and sectors information (UPP"s) that I printed out on the Star's end sector. The little sub heading on the bottom of the print out reads http://maps.travelercentral.com/sec//ej.star-s_end_sec.html. This produced a map similar to the ones offered here for the gateway domain. In fact they had offered similar maps for the entire traveler universe. The downside right now is that I needed to reproduce a couple of the maps and the address dosen't seem to work. What I also forgot to print out was what the allience codes stands for and what the varius colored route lines were for. There is a similar map offered through Zhodani Base, the exact link I don't remember off the top of my head.
A interesting world in the sector is Untouchable: 0601 x000000-0 As Ba Lo H1 R 001 H1 f. This world apears to be an ancient artifact of size 5 in orbit the only gas giant in the system. Any attemps to come within 15 AU of the primary of the system results in the destruction of the vessel in question. Method of destruction is unknown and no method of protection has so far been effective.
