In what era of the Official Traveller Universe (OTU) should the Spica Sector Project be set?

I actually put my voice to the Spica Project. The reason I voted for the Classic Imperium was that I felt it was the closest to what I would want to see...which is the period between the Rim War and Classic Traveller.

This microhistory should act as the precursor to CT & MT without crossing the line of a full blown Imperial Campaign. And seeing how I would like to design a few Pocket Empires this would seem to be the most logical place without going into a wasteland of worlds.(Don't get me wrong, I love all forms of Traveller but one do black without destroying the universe.)

I, too, voted for the Classic Era.

But I'm happy to go with what the majority vote is.

I voted for Rim war but I too would like to see it set post Rim war, say 1010??
