The funny thing is, I used to be in Austin. I never had a problem finding a game or players up there, but down here...sigh. Oh well, back to the search...

Austin is an hour south of me (I know I used to work there lol) But it's not that outa range. I am
in the planning stage of doing a Sci-fi themed Con
in Killeen BTW.......Perhaps I should add Traveller?

If you can tell me when you're running this Con, I'll see if I can put aside some time to make it, either to run or play Traveller, depending on the needs. I'm running T20 right now, but I'm familiar with CT, MT, T4 and GT enough to run or play in those systems as well. (TNE, I can learn and play, but don't know it well enough to run a game in it.)

Just to bring an old thread out of retirement...

I'm starting a Wednesday night T20 game, set in my own Terran Confederation Universe. The game will be held at MythAdventures, in McAllen TX. It is an active duty campaign, with the PC's being the officers and crew of a Type T patrol cruiser. Currently I have 5 players, and could accomodate a couple of more, so if anyone here on COTI lives in the Rio Grande Valley area of South Texas, drop me a note either here, or at my email address below.

With all the excitement going on, I'm sure the sci-fi Con in Killeen you mentioned earlier didn't happen, but is it still perhaps planned for later on this year (2004)?
