The baggies material, assuming flexible plastic, should be able to adjust.
And, if it's space spec, it should be able to deal with a wide temperature differential.

To address both @Condottiere and @Enoki,
@Enoki - these are designed to "protect" when in transit, which may include being in void.
"But" to be packed and unpacked in shirtsleeve environments.
The user packs the "deflatable" section in an atmosphere, seals it and then the in-built vacuum deflates it to create "Room for more"
Yes, the case is heavier but, as is recognized, it is anti-grav
The bag is then opened in an atmosphere at the destination

The "sections" of the case which can be deflated are internal to the case.
Because of that, they are within a sealed and space-resistant material, like being inside the hard shell of a samsonite suitcase.

Emergency pressure suit or survival bubble for those not wanting to trust the ship sets.

Some travellers wile away space boredom with their own custom-designed stocked bar case or other functional pharma.

Snack case or gourmand supplies. Minifridges for this or the bar, especially for the fussy whose goods just must be at x temperature and humidity.

Auto laundry including dry cleaning and pressing.

Pet carrier with toys treats and vacc suits.

Super advanced/artifact stasis luggage. How does that delicate spider silk gossamer dress come out perfectly Couture with nary a wrinkle? Only Grandfather knows!

Servant support gear for private chefs, tailors, masseuses, hairdressers/cosmetic etc.

Specialized luggage for athletic gear for vacation or perhaps a travelling athlete.

Upgrading smart moving luggage to full bot, able to have complex inputs for unique actions and problem solving.

Luggage so stylish and attractive and expensive it temporarily confers +1 SOC.
