Small craft design using ACS

My current thought-experiment is on what it would take to re-create the CT small craft using ACS design.

By "re-create", I intend to reproduce the basic small craft found in LBB1 as closely as possible. In a way, ACS makes this possible because it allows considerable flexibility when designing things, and because CT's small craft have low detail.

Unless otherwise specified, all components used are "off the shelf". So far, I have only one nonstandard component needed, used with the "slow" boats: a small, premium power plant:

1/R Power Plant. 1 ton, MCr 2, EP = 45.
