Seeking: TL 11 Survey Vessel

The Confederation Exploration Forces are seeking a new TL 11 Survey Vessel suitable for an extended (year-long) exploration of a subsector, primarily for survey work, but with the possibility of first contact mission work as well. In addition, since this vessel will be sent out into uncharted territories, the vessel must be able to protect itself if necessary, without need to return to the home front until the mission's end has been reached. Looking for a vessel of approximately 400-600 tons displacement with jump-2 capacity. (An armed TL 11 version of the Donosev would work wonders here.)

Very nice. I like what you've come up with. A question, though: Are the stats for the Recon Drones in the THB?

The recon drone is from LBB Book 4, Mercenary p.42. They are about the size of a ground car (2 dtons) and cost 2Mcr each. They carry a variety of radars, ladars, and visual sensors. Most are grav vechicles and they are remotely piloted. You can use them to recon a world's surface without endangering the ship.
