Seeking Mike Mikesh and Greg Videll

Having contacted Peter Grey with the help of the good folks here on CotI, I'm now in search of Mike Mikesh and Greg Videll. Mike's only e-mail address (an old genie.com address) bounces, and I have no way of contacting Mr. Videll. Does anyone know of any alternate e-mail addresses I might contact either person at?
