Cite, SpamBlacklist, and String Functions should now be installed.

Tried installing ParserFunctions using the notes for Mediawiki 1.6.x but it caused blank pages to always come up. If anyone has any ideas...

UPDATE: Was able to install a slightly older version of the ParserFunctions extension. There was a conflict with hooks and the Cite extension.

I don't believe it is currently.
