Ah, so is this just a new development or interpretation of a recoliless rifle? Aside from the pitch up/down chamber for reloading, I really can't detect what the point of this excercise was. 
o: Is he claiming a reduced backblast effect? Or is this a sly attempt to get RR's back in circulation.:smirk:
An old grizzled Scout Master of mine who happened to be a highly decorated Gunnery Sargent in the USMC once described the effect of a Recoiledd rifle that was fired from inside a hut in an ambush by putting a m80 under a distributer cap.
