Raleigh NC or VoIP game

Hey all,

Lord Garth (James) here. I was looking for Traveller players in Raleigh NC or those that would be interested in using Ventrilo a VoIP chat program (free client - I have 100 slot server)to play a weekly or bi-weekly game.

Any takers?

I love CT but have the other systems as well, in fact, my campagins are a hybrid of the best of the best.

I was in a bi-weekly CT/MT game in Durham before my work schedule got in the way. Here is a URL for the game http://www.foreven.com. The game has been running a long time. The people playing are really nice and as a newbie made me feel comfortable, but because of the games maturity and how my character was brought in, I just felt behind the curve.

I would love to get involved in a game. I work in downtown Raleigh, and live in West Cary/North Apex.

Resurrecting this thread. There is a meetup group in Raleigh/Durham focused on tabletop rpgs. I don't think there are any regular Traveller games but I'm sure you could find players if you looked here. Here is the site:

Unfortunately, this is a one-shot game and I'll probably actually be leaving Raleigh at the end of June (no job). However, there are numerous gamers at Raleigh Tabletop Role Players at meetup.com. I have worked up a little interest in Traveller there and, especially if you run, you'll probably be able to find a game.
