Question about T4 errata...

There are three unofficial sets of errata for T4; has anyone put this together in a coherent fashion?
There have been some requests, and perhaps a link from FFE to a website where that is located would help interested folks...

When I click on that link from work, it's blocked because of "nudity".

I knew some people had replacement art for the Chris Foss pieces, but I had no idea it went that far.

There's a little gripping beast icon at the bottom of the page. It's just the head, so you can't see anything salacious.

Reminds me of the complaints I got about a page on "naked-eye astronomy" once upon a time. I was forced to rewrite it as "unaided visual astronomy", though this seemed to imply I'd have to remove my glasses...
