Protective Suit

On the list of equipment on page 211 of THB, there is something called a Protective Suit, TL 5. There is no description of said protective suit in the text section, pages 211-214. Is this something like a Hazmat suit, or something else?

That's what my T20 group calls it. We assume it's a Rexall suit with either an O2 tank or a combination mask. Beastly hot and uncomfortable to work with, but it beats hell out of the alternative. BTW we assume the suit has an AR of 1 (puncture and tear resistant)
