Cybernetic Augementation - make sure to roll the QREBS

If you go with cybernetic augmentation make sure that a QREBS roll is applied (or if master built at least set) Robot Illnesses can have a small effect on your parts Pg:573 Rust/Wear for physical, mind effecting parts might effect your sanity roll. QREBS sets the time period and the reliability for that part Pg. 195.
